How long does delivery take?
Every bracelet is engraved to order and delivered in 2–3 weeks to the US. Shipping is free and tracked. For Christmas, order by November 25.
Which size should I choose?
Adult (8.3 in / 21 cm) fits most men. Youth (7.5 in / 19 cm) is for teens and slim wrists, Large (9 in / 23 cm) for bigger wrists. Tip: measure his wrist and add about 0.8 in (2 cm).
What is it made of?
Braided vegan (PU) leather with stainless steel and alloy accents and a magnetic clasp. Avoid soaking it in water to keep it looking new.
What gets engraved?
"Love You Always" is engraved on the clasp. The name you enter (up to 12 characters) is engraved on the plate. Please double-check spelling — we engrave exactly what you type.
What if something is wrong?
If your bracelet arrives damaged, defective or with an engraving error on our side, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you. Because each piece is personalized, we can't accept returns for change of mind. See our Return Policy.
Will there be customs fees?
No. Any import costs are handled by us — you won't be asked to pay anything at delivery.
