How long does delivery take?
Each bracelet is engraved to order. Delivery to the US takes 2–3 weeks in total. Shipping is free and tracked.
When should I order for Christmas?
Order by November 25 for Christmas delivery in the US.
Which size should I choose?
Adult (8.3 in / 21 cm) fits most men. Youth (7.5 in / 19 cm) is for teens and slim wrists. Large (9 in / 23 cm) is for bigger wrists. Measure his wrist and add about 0.8 in (2 cm).
What is the bracelet made of?
Braided vegan (PU) leather with stainless steel and alloy accents and a magnetic clasp.
What gets engraved?
"Love You Always" on the clasp, and the name you enter (up to 12 characters) on the plate. We engrave exactly what you type, so please double-check the spelling.
Can I change the name after ordering?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering at umbralagence@gmail.com and we'll do our best before engraving starts.
Will I pay customs fees?
No. Any import costs are covered by us — nothing to pay at delivery.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If it arrives damaged, defective or with an engraving error on our side, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. See our Return & Refund Policy.
