Where we ship
We currently ship to all addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping cost
Free tracked shipping on every order to the USA.
Delivery time
Each bracelet is engraved to order and shipped from our international production partner. Total delivery time is usually 2–3 weeks from the day you order:
- Engraving & preparation: 2–4 business days
- Transit to your door: about 10–18 days
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak holiday periods or due to carrier delays.
Christmas orders
To receive your bracelet before Christmas in the US, please order by November 25. Orders placed after this date are shipped as fast as possible but cannot be guaranteed to arrive before December 25.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking may take a few days to show updates after the first scan.
Customs and import fees
All import duties and fees are included in our prices. You will not be asked to pay anything at delivery.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 consecutive days, or your order has not arrived 35 days after purchase, contact us at umbralagence@gmail.com and we will reship your order for free or refund you in full.
